At the Y, our goal is to provide exciting and challenging ways for members to stay healthy. Taught by certified USMS Coaches, our Master Swim Program pushes adults to build their endurance, improve stroke development, and interact with others that love to swim just as much as they do. Enjoy a memorable workout in a pool with Master Swim.
Classes run: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at the following times:
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00am-7:00am
Saturdays at 7:00am-9:00am
