HIIT/Bootcamp Classes

High-intensity interval training is an exercise format that alternates periods of short, intense exercises with less intense recovery periods.  HIIT classes at the Y give participants an efficient strength and cardio workout filled with loads of energy and encouragement. The goal to reach an anaerobic state, increasing metabolism for 24 -72 hours after the workout. Although HIIT classes by name are high – intense, all fitness levels are welcomed. Exercises cab be modified to match your abilities and comfort.

XFT Bootcamp

XFT is a 45 minutes high intensity interval training class. It’s result driven using the latest MYZONE Heartrate technology.

Classes will run on: Mondays at 5:30am, 9:15am and 6pm; Wednesdays at 5:30am and 6pm; Fridays at 9:15am.

Monthly rate includes unlimited classes.

*MYZONE Heartrate sold at a separate rate from class pricing. 

*Class punch card available for 10 sessions ( punch cards expire after 90 days of purchase).
